Witnessing For Him

"Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee" - Psalm 119:11

In the Book of Ephesians chapter 6:10 through 18, Paul tells us how to protect ourselves against the trials and temptations that Satan will throw at us. Satan is very cunning and slick at making things look satisfying and drawing us into his snare that he might destroy our testimony for the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Verse 11-13 says:	Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand
Verse 14 says:	Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with TRUTH, and having on the breastplate of RIGHTOUSNESS;
Verse 15 says:	And your feet shod with the preparation of the GOSPEL of peace;
Verse 16 says:	Above all, taking the shield of FAITH, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Verse 17 says:	And take the helmet of SALVATION and the sword of the SPIRIT, which is the WORD of GOD:
Verse 18 says:	PRAYING always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

We are told in Scripture that hiding the Word in our heart gives us the tools, through the power of the Holy Spirit, needed to defend ourselves against the temptations of the world and all that it has to offer that is in contradiction to the Word of God. Keeping this in mind Witnessing for Him has created packets of Memory Verse Cards to aid in the memorizing of the God's Word.
